You will occupy the habitable part of the barn consisting of 2 separate rooms: a bedroom upstairs, a kitchen/living room downstairs. The 25 m2 bedroom with old wooden floor is spacious and bright. It has a double bed, a shower and a sink, a large wardrobe and a table, and electric heater. The 25 m2 room on the ground floor is paved with original old tiles and has a large window overlooking the garden. The space is divided into a kitchenette equipped with a sink, a gas cooker, a refrigerator, cupboards and crockery and a living area with a fireplace (wood provided), a sofa bed and a dining table, and 2 electric heaters. Internet access available only at the small writing table. The WC is located outside the two rooms in the covered area under the stairs. The owner lives in the house opposite, a few steps away from the barn. Independent housing. Guests can move freely or rest on the 2000 m2 of land (garden, meadow, orchard) and use the garden furniture provided in front of their housing and on the private garden behind. Bedding and towels are included. Guests share the land with the owner. The owner will be present at reception to welcome the guests and during their stay to provide anything necessary. The guests can also be free to enter and settle in alone. The guests will enjoy a peaceful environment surrounded by nature. Great opportunities for hiking through wooded paths, fields and vineyards. The gently rolling hills and the good condition of paths and roads are conducive to cycling. The path next to the house is listed as the Way of St. James under GR 300.
