The main bedroom has a king size bed and 2 twin beds are available in the mezzanine. The apartment is on the first floor (accessible with internal staircase from the ground floor) and it has a private entrance. There is a balcony with stunning views of Marche countryside, from Conero Riviera to Apennine Mountains, accross the small towns of Osimo, Castelfidardo, Loreto and Camerano. The apartment has a double-height open-plan living area with entrance, lounge, equipped rustic kitchen and dining area and stairway to the mezzanine. The living room is equipped with wing chairs, sofa, chaise-longue, fire-place and TV. The bedroom is directly accessible via the living-area. Bedroom has a king size bed and there is a wardrobe in a small hallway. The mezzanine has got two single beds, wardrobe and laundry-room. The apartment has one bathroom with two entrances: one from the living area and the other from the hallway in the bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Towels and bed sheets will be provided. Any change is provided upon request with a small fee. The car park near the house is free of charge. Guests will have access to everywhere within the apartment. The apartment is completely independent. In case of need the owner will be available to provide some help. The local council is only 100 meters away and near it there are many shops and services such as bakery, pizza-restaurant, pharmacy, bank with ATM, postal office, grocery, butchery and tobacco shop. Offagna and his medieval castle are recognized as one of “I borghi più belli d’Italia” (“The most beautiful villages in Italy”) and since May 2013 it is “Bandiera Arancione” (“Orange Flag”) on the Touring Club Italiano. Every year since 1988, in the penultimate week of July, the old town rediscovers his historical soul through the medieval fair celebration. In 2021 the medieval fair celebration will be held from 17th to 25th of July. The car park near the house is free of charge. Offagna is only 7km far from “Ancona Sud-Osimo” exit on the A14 motorway, 12 km far from Ancona capital of Marche region and 20 km far from Marche Airport located in Falconara Marittima (IATA code = AOI). Offagna is at hand from most of the important bathing sites of “Riviera del Conero” such as Portonovo, Sirolo, Numana and Porto Recanati, all of them insigned as “Bandiera Blu” (“Blu Flag”). From Offagna is easy to travel to the nicest and most typical Marche’s town including Osimo, Polverigi, Agugliano, Loreto, Castelfidardo, Jesi, Cingoli, Recanati and the Frasassi Caves. Suitable for young people and couples who love relax. Pets are not admitted and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (It is allowed on the balcony only). The apartment is not suitable for children due to the stairway up the mezzanine. From the 17th to the 25th of July 2021 there will be the 34th celebration of the medieval fair: during that week the old town will be car-free after 5pm.
