Located at a safe and quiet neighbourhood, my house is just 1 km to Straits Quay, 5 minutes drive to the famed Gurney Drive and 10 minutes to the heritage zone in George Town and 15 minutes to a nice beach at Batu Ferringhi. My family is living just next door, but you have a separate entrance to your suite at ground floor. Free parking by the road. Tesco hypermarket is just half a km away and there are a number hawker centres with good choices of local food as well as restaurants within 1 km radius. Bus stop towards Batu Ferringhi is just 250 meters from the house. Bus stop to Georgetown and airport is 300 meters across the road. Uber and Grab are plenty and affordable in Penang.
