Sweet and cozy house in center of Istria, with 2 bedrooms, 1 toilette, spacious dining room, worm living room with fire place and flat tv, closed front yard and backyard, refreshing pool. House is for 7 people with 2 single beds in dining room. Nice interior and decorated garden. Quiet location, beautiful for outdoor lovers, adventure and adrenaline chasers. It has indoor fireplace and outdoor barbecue. Durin this hard period, we are NOT charging extra fees. The house is has a wiew on beautiful nature, offering a sweeping view of the hills and valleys of the Istria. The sunsets are well known and lot of nature has a calming effect which you can see chilling in the pool or eating a barbecue.The place became a popular spot to climbers, cavers, mountain bikers, hikers and – above all – flyers. More and more outdoors enthusiasts coming each year to enjoy the peace and silence. There is the best "Paragliding Tandem Flying" in Croatia and one of the best places in the whole Europe for mountain climbers. You must visit "Hum" - the smallest city in the world, and the place where our letter "Glagoljica" has been made. Free parking spaces, wi-fi, pool. Bicycles can be arranged, local snaps, wines and grappa too, truffle, olive oil, and all kinds of Istrian home made. I am at your service 0-24 300 meters from public bus, and train station. Buzet is nearest city with internation bus station - 10 km. For a pet it is 5 € per day extra and in winter period there is additional 10 € per day for heating(oil) when and if its needed. 150 € security deposit for longer staying which is given back if nothing is broken. We are flexible and can talk about every option. In this hard period for all of us, we are NOT charging any extra fees except pets.
