** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** “El Sueno” is a lovely home in central Cowes. With the boat ramp just 1.5 km away, the home is an ideal base for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** The home has a large open-plan kitchen / dining / living room (with large smart TV, DVD player & PlayStation 2), leading onto the rear deck. The master bedroom (with TV) flows through to the walk-in-robe and en-suite (with shower & toilet). There are a further two bedrooms, and another bathroom (with bath & shower), and a separate toilet. A separate laundry also opens to the deck. ** Outdoor Areas ** There is a fully covered deck housing a gas BBQ and a quality outdoor setting, plus an outdoor shower (hot & cold water). There is a double garage (with table tennis table) and the long driveway provides ample off-street parking for several vehicles plus a boat, and the yard is fully enclosed. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, n Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** The home features ducted heating and cooling throughout. ** Bedding Configuration ** "El Sueno" is configured to comfortably sleep up to a maximum of 10 people: Bedroom 1: One Queen bed Bedroom 2: Two sets of Single bunks Bedroom 3: One Single bed and One Tri-bunk ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
