Spacious studio in the French Auvergne region

Bonjour! We are happy to welcome you at our maison d'hôte 'La Couze', named after the little river that flows through our village and by our house. Our house is situated near the village of Champeix, in the centre of the French Auvergne region. All the main tourist attractions, such as the Sancy Massif, 'chaine des puys', Vulcania, Clermont-Ferrand, pittoresque villages and beautiful craterlakes are within a half an hour drive. Spacious studio in maison des hôtes 'La Couze' in Champeix The studio consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bed/sitting room with a kitchen and a private bathroom, together 43m². The biggest bedroom has queen size bed (160×200). The second room has a convertable bed (80x200 cm or 160x200 cm). To your request we can also add an extra babybed (and baby chair, baby bath). The bathroom has a spacious shower and there are towels, soap and shampoo available. The kitchen is equiped with a Senseo coffeemachine, water cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, little dishwasher and an induction unit. There is a television with French channels. You can make use of the other facilities or our house like the big living room with fire place, the spacious balcony on the South ,the little terrace at the back of the house, the big garden with slide and trampoline for the kids and the parking. If you'd like we can make you breakfast in the morning. Breakfast will be served in the big living room. Our breakfast consists of organic, local, artisanal and home made products and costs €6,50 per person per breakfast. Your entrance is at the back of the house. You can make use of the big living room, the balcony, the terrace at the back of the house, the garden and the parking. In general there's always one of us in or around the house. We'd love to answer your questions, tell you more about the region or just have a little chat! There is touristic information available. Smoking and pets are not allowed. We have 2 cats ourselves. We are 32 yards (30 meters) from a road.
