There is a fully equipped kitchen, cooking utensils and a coffee machine. The living room is furnished with a sofa set along with a 50 inch smart TV with Chromecast for further personal entertainment. The bedroom includes a king size bed & a yoga corner and access to a full bathroom with a tub. Please note the following: - Smoking is only allowed outside the building (a fine of $100 will be imposed when smoking indoors) - Visitors are not allowed, only confirmed guests will be granted entry. - Free of charge street parking is available. All places are reachable by car, Uber app and Careem app but if you wish to take a walk it's takes no more than 5 minutes to reach any of the services around. Please note the following: - Smoking (including shisha) inside the unit is strictly not allowed. A fine of $100 may be imposed in case of smoking indoors. Partying, excessive noise and public alcohol drinking is not allowed.
