This quaint one bedroomed cottage is ideal for a weekend break, exploring the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside. A great base for walkers and exciting Cardiff is less than an hour's drive away. Fully modernised with a newly fitted shower room and kitchen and a pretty courtyard garden. The cottage benefits from WiFi and satellite tv. Lovely original features. Gabi and I live in the stone property next door called Glenview. If you have any problems or need some advice about the local amenities, just knock on the door. Quiet, tranquil surroundings. Close to Monmouth & Brecon Canal so great for walking and cycling. There is so much to see in this beautiful part of Wales but the waterfalls at Ystradfellte are really well worth a visit. There are some great country pubs around and if you enjoy fine dining, try The Hardwick, Abergavenny, Michel Roux Jr's 'favourite Welsh restaurant' and Michelin-starred The Walnut Tree Inn, Llanndewi Skirrid, Abergavenny.
