Mermaids Rest near St Ives

Mermaids Rest is a fully refurbished 2 bed holiday bungalow.. It is situated within 100 acres of woodland in a peaceful part of St Ives Holiday Village. During high season the local service bus calls at the park and goes into St ives or Penzance so no need to take the car. It is a stunning little bungalow surrounded by nature and wildlife and a delight to stay in. Perfect .. The bungalow has been decorated in a fresh light charmful way, with unique Seside themed touches throughout. This results in a lovely clean comfortable space , a pleasure to return to after a ‘hard’ day on the beach. Mermaids has an outside private pebbled area with picnic bench and a barbecue. Woodland walks are literally straight from your doorstep and the children will love making camps and playing in the woods. I always email my guests a few days prior to them arriving with the key safe code. I don’t like to intrude on my guests holidays but often bump into them and introduce myself. Mermaids is ideally situated. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of St Ives so you can really relax in its peaceful setting, but close enough to quickly pop in. It is perfectly situated for touring around this part of Cornwall, surrounded by amazing close by beaches and places to visit. Free parking is on site, and during high summer season the local service bus calls in hourly . The bungalows are set in a peaceful part of St Ives Holiday Village. They are a short stroll through the woods to the onsite facilities which include an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, amusements, bar and evening entertainment, children’s playground etc. Family passes can be pre ordered directly from myself at a cost of £24 for 7 days or £12 for 3 days. This price is a one off charge and covers all, of you staying in Mermaids at that time ( Not per person ) . The local wildlife can be viewed in abundance and the squirrels, hedgehogs, birds etc often come right up to the window and peer in requesting food. A real joy to watch.
