Southern Oasis

An authentic traditional house located in the quiet village of Raposeira. This little oasis decorated with simple handcrafted & oldstyle furniture with big windows to the garden, where old stones flowers and fruit trees offer a very pleasant, southern & regenerative atmosphere. The astonishing beaches of SW Natural Park are at a 5/10 min drive as many of the good restaurants and sights in the area as Cape S. Vicente. There's also a supermarket, surfshop & a few restaurants at a walking distance. This is a large, bright, retro open-plan two bedroom village traditional southhouse / granny falt with a small usable kicthen and a separate toilet and bathroom. Fair outdoor area and courtyard for smokers or enjoying the afternnoon sunshine with a glass of wine and a good book! Your own access from both the side of the house the back yard. Access to washing lines on the corner of the backyard area to hang your surf suits! Outdoor area for you to read a book or relax. Ill be easily reachable during your stay and can be contacted anytime through Airbnb if you have any queries. Raposeira is lovely calm little village that offers a special charm and the essential facilities. Quite convinient for those comming to surf, is near to both south and west coast beaches being Sagres also at a 10 min drive. Also for hikers or simply lovers of nature the area offers beautiful sights close by and nature activities like cayaking, padle, bike, horse and dolphin wacthing,etc. Every day except sundays you have the municipal market in Vila do Bispo where you can get local and organic fresh products, a coffee or just watch the people get by! Most of all necessary things are at a walking distance or at a 5-10min drive: beaches, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, municpal market, bakery, surfshops,etc. However if you want to go further afield we are quite close to the nacional road N125 that will take you to Sagres (10 min drive) the Finish Terra Cape, and Lagos the closest city (20 min drive). This road also conects with the highway that goes to Faro Airport and the access to Lisbon highway. You're expected to wash your own dishes and take care of the garbage but we provide clean linen and towels for your stay and are happy to replace these after a couple of days if you'd like!
