Our house has a coastal feel, fresh white walls are complimented with varying blue tones throughout. The kitchen provides a great cooking space, equipped with electric cooker, double oven, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer and microwave. A table a chairs for 5 people, 2 seater sofa and patio doors leading straight into the garden and patio seating area. The lounge has a log burning stove for those chilly nights, reading lamp and television. The downstairs also has a toilet with hand basin. Upstairs the coastal feel continues with the bespoke bedroom furniture constructed from reclaimed wood. 2 double bedrooms with the master having an ensuite walk-in shower and sea views and the second bedroom overlooking the garden. A family bathroom with bath and shower over and a further single bedroom completes the upstairs accommodation. The outdoor space offers a patio seating area complete with garden sofa set, drying area and lawn, all accessed from the kitchen diner. Guests have exclusive use of the property and garden. A variety of amenities are within a 5 minute walk from the property, Express stores, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The town centre of Paignton with it's historic harbour is a 15/20 minute level scenic walk. Paignton also has a Geopark status and boasts a large outdoor children's play area, cinema and mini golf. There are access points nearby to the South West coastal path where breathtaking scenic walks can be enjoyed. Nearby Scadson and Occombe woods provide circular walks leading to the picturesque Cockington village and are accessible on foot.
