This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, less than 90 minutes to NYC and Philly! We provide linens and blankets for the beds, Towels and washcloths for the bathroom, all cups, plates, pots and pans and utensils needed to cook a meal at the studio. The pantry has many spices and oils for cooking. The refrigerator usually have condiments and butter in it, feel free to take stock of what is there already before you go grocery shopping! We also offer a ‘starter pack’ with one roll of paper towels waiting for you in the kitchen and one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom And dish and hand washing soaps. If your guest count is more than two or if you are staying longer than the weekend we can leave more TP but we kindly ask that the guests be conservative with the bathroom tissue use as we do not have a city sewer line. Bring your food and spices, but please open windows if your dishes have strong smells. -We have a drip style coffee pot, bring your own filters and coffee. -all homes have heat and air conditioning, please bring appropriate attire for the season as excessive energy consumption from heating or cooling elements will be deferred back to the guests. -we prefer pets to stay off of the furniture, if that is not possible please lay down a blanket from home to cut down on our cleaning time. -pets must be curbed, with waste placed in the outside receptacles. Please, find yourself a butt can (empty beer bottle?) and dispose of courteously. $250 butt clean up fee imposed if there has been improper disposal of your cigarettes. (Flicking them in the driveway/ road) -this home is a studio apartment, The max capacity for the home is 4; under no circumstances may that number be exceeded. It is a 500square foot home. Any get togethers, dinner parties, wine socials, or any other name for party is a HARD NO! There is simply no room, and it isn’t safe. -extra guests, past the first two, are an additional fee of $15 per person/ per night -well behaved and potty trained DOGS are allowed at $50 per animal. No puppies or other animals allowed. -there is ONE ring doorbell surveillance device on the exterior of the home pointing only at the parking lot and back door. This is for your safety and ours. * **Unauthorized People/ Pets No parties or events are allowed at the property by any means. The only people authorized in the property are those included in the reservation.
