How far is the sea? 20 seconds!
The Villa is 20 seconds to the sea! Believe it or not :) The Villa is located in Porto Santo Stefano (Grosseto), it is furnished with air conditioning. The Villa also features: - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - one living room - kitchen - beautiful balcony - garden - parking spot for one car. The apartment is very bright, with big balconies that surround the Villa. You will have a private access to the sea, which is exactly 20 steps from the garden. We counted!! Villa Giulia is surrounded by a peaceful garden, with olive and lemon trees, bouganvilles, lavender bushes and many other flowers and plants. The garden is divided into two parts:one belongs to Giulia and her family, while the other side is completely available for guests, with private access to the sea.On your side of the garden, you have a shady spot during the afternoon for the warmest moments of an Italian summer day . Your apartment and your side of the garden are completely private and your privacy and autonomy are totally guaranteed. Nevertheless, Giulia and her family are just downstairs and can solve any problem and meet your needs (we even have a private cook who will fish and cook for you--ask us if you’re interested!) The Villa is 1 km away from the small town of Porto Santo Stefano. You can reach it by car, by bus or by foot traversing a charming and suggestive pedestrian path (which used to be the train galleries). You have a bus stop to Orbetello, where you can get a train to Roma, Florence or Milan. There is no taxi service, so if you need a ride just ask for more information. If you are travelling by car, you can reach several beaches and rocky spots of Monte Argentario. If you want to explore more, you can drive into the Maremma area, famous for its landscapes and food. We suggest visiting Saturnia (for the thermal baths), Pitigliano (for its astonishing view and the amazing wine), Sorano, Manciano, Montemerano, and Capalbio (check the Tarot Garden made by Niki the Saint Phalle). From Porto Santo Stefano you can take a ferry to Isola del Giglio or Giannutri: we highly recommend visiting them!
