Escape to the country - private guest suite

Light filled rooms with an outlook towards the mountains, overlooking our back paddock, regularly visited by kangaroos, kookaburras, blue wrens and a variety of parrots. Almost 6 acres of land to explore and enjoy, or just relax on your deck and enjoy the view. Situated in the Yarra Valley with access to the picturesque Warburton Trail just a short drive or bike ride away. The Guest Suite is part of our home and under the same roof, it has its own entrance, deck, kitchenette, ensuite, lounge and car parking. The Guest Suite is part of our family home, currently we are empty nesters and so delighted to share our idyllic location with visitors. One of us is usually home and would be happy to help out with any questions you might have about the local area, we have lived here for over 25 years. Alternatively just hideaway in our comfy guest suite, we will certainly respect your privacy. We are located just a short drive from Warburton, The Blue Lotus Farm, Healesville and even Phillip Island is less than 2 hours away by car. Wineries are a main drawcard for our district as are musical events at the Rochford Winery , only a 20min drive away. The local bus runs right past our door , with the stop a short walk away. The bus will take you to Lilydale Railway Station and the city is then a one hour trip away. We often choose to use public transport when going into Melbourne for a sporting event or show.
