Brunate scenic balcony above Como

Full property house to spend your time in the village "balcony of the Alps": Brunate, 650m on the sea level. From our big balcony you can enjoy a scenic view: Alps, Como, Lake Como, Po Valley and the city of Milan (especially by night). If you like walking, running or biking, it's the ideal place to start. Only 10 minutes walk to the funicular (public cable car) and 7 minutes ride to the lake. CIR: (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) CNI (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The house is on two floors with separate entrance doors, but also connected internally: the apartment has two big bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, scenic balcony; the basement has one big bedroom, one small bedroom, living room (with kitchen open space not ready yet) and bathroom. The basement will be accessible only if you book for more than 4 persons. Around the house the garden. The garage is for a normal (not big) car, but you can leave the car even on the road on the back of the house. Two pedestrian gates: one below and one behind the house. If you book for more than 4 persons, you will have exclusive access to the full house: the apartment (two rooms), the basement (two rooms), the garden, the garage (space for one car, size of the garage: door 230cm large x 187cm high, internal 330cm large x 440cm long). If you book for less than 5 persons, you will have exclusive access to the apartment (two rooms), the garden, the garage, but not to the basement (two rooms). In Italy it's mandatory, for the host, collect and register at the Police website, the day you arrive, the following personal information of each guest: 1 last name; 2 first name; 3 gender; 4 date of birth; 5 country of birth; 6 country of residence; 7 type of document (passport, identity card, ...); 8 number of the document; 9 country of emission of the document. If it's easier for you, send me a picture of the passport page containing these data. Brunate is a small village above the town of Como and you can enjoy a scenic view of the Alps and of the Lake Como from here. You can start from here to hiking or biking on our mountains, but also to have a little cruise by boat on the Lake Como or by train visit the city of Milano. We have a private garage and also you can leave the car behind the house on the public street. If you come by cable car (funicular), exit from bottom of the stairs, turn left and follow the road direction east for 10 minutes walking.
