Cozy Beach House

VH13 is beautiful private semi-detached house, with 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 Bathrooms. This house is located in the Pervolia Lighthouse area in Larnaca and it takes no longer than 2 minutes to reach the Beach. This place can house families and travelling buddies alike, whether that is for relaxation, beach activities, water sports, cycling and many more. We respect everyone's privacy. If any issues arise, we are just around the corner, but, for the most part, we give you your space. The Property is located within a complex with private roads, bike paths and pedestrian walkways, near the beach. The promenade is at a higher level featuring benches where one can sit and enjoy the sea-view. We suggest that guests, rent a car and/or a bike during their stay, if they are planning on moving around as the complex is located a couple of Kilometres from the town centres. The distances can also be traveled by bike easily, as there is a bike path that outlines the promenade. The guests can park 2 cars easily on the side and the front of the property. Additional parking may be available depending on the day.
