Comfortable house with terrace

The house is located at the ground floor in a 2 floor building (we live upstairs). It is very cool in hot summer days, very calm and comfortable, with a lovely terrace to enjoy dinners at night breeze. The location is a perfect base to reach out to the most beautiful Salento's beaches and the village is nice, full serviced. The apartment is composed by two bedrooms, a nice living room with kitchen and fireplace, with direct access to the lovely terrace. There is a bathroom + a smaller one with washing machine as well. The whole apartment is at full disposal I'm always at my guest's disposal as I live right above the apartment, altough, full indipendency and privacy is guaranteed (the house is big enough not to notice our presence) There's a bunch of historical attractions around the house, such as a chapel from the XI century, a fortified "Masseria" from the XII century and a charmy underground olive-mill even older. All these attractions are just in the same little square facing the house. Acqaurica also hosts a castle and a nice historical center that can be reached by few minutes walking. As in other neighbouring villages, during summer, there's a lot of cultural and folklore events hosted that make your stay in Acquarica even more interesting Having a car is essential to fully enjoy the beauties of Salento and there's enough parking place just in front of the house. Services like supermarkets, restaurants, first aid, post office are very close (walking distance) and the highway can be accessed in 3 minutes driving. The closest beach can be reached by car in few minutes just taking one road, direction to the sea and following it, easy as it is.
