The modern and stylish furnished 3-room apartement with 75 sqm is located in the 2016 build luxury apartement resort "Sveti Luca" directly located at the Mediterranean Sea in the small harbor city Dobra Voda. You will enjoy a fabulous view over the bay and enjoy exclusive sea access via our private beach directly from the property. The idyllic Dobra Voda is located 7km away from Bar, the bigger harbor city in the area. A pool and kids playground belong to the quiet & very relaxing resort. The air-conditioned apartment has two luxury bedrooms with double beds in each room. Both have one bathroom each - one equipped with a bathtub the other with a shower. The spacious living room, well-suited for kids, with a balcony towards the sea provides a relaxing environment to spend time after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with high quality, modern equipment to prepare fresh food. It consists of almost everything one can think of for proper cooking (Ceramic hop, dishwasher, big fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster). The apartment also offers free high-bandwidth wireless access, TV/DVD player as well as a washing machine. The climate control can be regulated per individual room. A baby crib/cot or kids bed is available on request and can be placed into the sleeping rooms. Beach shoes are available for free. All rooms are wheelchair accessible and can be easily reached by a lift close to the apartment. The resort has a 24h security desk. For any question or help required regarding the apartment, a local contact is available for you personally to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible! The next grocery store with meat and a bakery is only 300m away from the residency. Several nice restaurants and shops are in walking distance of approximately 250m. The famous Veliki Plijesak beach is also very close by and in walking distance. For a day trip to long sandy beaches of Ulcinj you require a rental car or take a taxi. The harbor and central bus station in Bar is 7km away from where you start several day trips. The harbor offers yacht rental from private owners to enjoy your days on the sea. The national park and natural resort Skadarlake offers hiking and other outdoor possibilities for nature lovers. It is easily reachable and 35 km away. The airport in Tivat and Podgorica are 65km hence 55km away from the apartment. Direct flights to Podgorica are offered from Frankfurt, Zurich and Vienna. Airport shuttles and taxis are available outside the airport and take you and your family in approximately 40 minutes to the apartment. We also offer a personal shuttle service from Tivat and Podgorica airport to and from our apartment. Rental cars are also available directly at airport. Once you arrive at the apartment you can park your rental car outside the residency.
