All bed linen, towels and tea towels provided. First £5 of electricity free (then by £1 in meter). Cottage adjoins owners home although you are assured of full privacy. Within a 10 minute drive of the renowned Llanddwyn beach, which is one of the finest beaches in Britain, backed by impressive sand dunes and boasts spectacular views of Snowdonia, Caernarfon and Llyn Peninsula. Good selection of restaurants and pubs at nearby Menai Bridge. Pet friendly and welcoming village pub one mile from the cottage. Quaint Heritage Coffee shop in pub car park. Village post office and Shop. Just outside the village is Hooton's homegrown farm shop and café, that has featured on the Hairy Bikers series. Only 5 miles away from the cottage is the 2nd longest one word place name in the World - Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwll-llantysiliogogogoch. The Sea Zoo, Foel Farm and Halen Mon (World famous Anglesey Sea Salt) are 2 miles from the cottage, situated on the Menai Straits. Historic Plas Newydd is a 5 minute drive. Surf kiting and surf sailing at Rhosneigr (20 minute drive). Several safe and serviced Blue Flag Beaches all around the Island. 9 miles to main line railway station at Bangor. Regular bus service from near the cottage to Bangor. The cottage is situated close to the Anglesey coastal path. Please note that towels are not provided on short breaks. (Anything less than one week) Dogs charged at £5 per dog per day.Dogs not to be left unattended in the cottage. Dogs not allowed upstairs. Minimum stay of three nights.
