Bride apartment Colonno with large terraces

Nice apartment with large terraces which has amazing and panoramic views on the Lake of Como. This is the perfect apartment to accommodate 6 people. CIR: 013074-CNI-00013 The apartment is on two floors. On the first floor there is an open-space living area with kitchen, dining area and living room, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower. This plan has an exit onto a large terrace, furnished with dining table, sitting area and lounge chairs, and umbrellas. The ground floor has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with beautiful lake views. We inform all travellers that, finally, in the double rooms we have installed two beautiful blackout curtains for total relaxation. The apartment has satellite TV and wireless internet washing machine. Under the apartment there is a private car park, very usefull for loading and unloading the luggages. We will be available for the entire stay of guests From the apartment is very easy to reach the lake on foot, it takes just few minutes. The apartment is located at the beginning of the Green Way, a natural paths, that connects Colonno to Tremezzo. The Green Way is a beautiful walk, which gives you the possibility to enjoy a walk across the picturesque landscape which characterizes the Lake of Como. The cleaning fee, that consist in first cleaning, towels and bed linen is included. The heating costs during winter are not included in the final price; we will take the numbers from the gas meter at your arrival and when you leave, and we will make calculation. Check-in from 3 pm to 6 pm. Late check-in € 40 Check-out before 10 am There is the city tax to be paid upon arrival of € 1.00 per person for each day of accommodation up to a maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights. The tourist tax is reduced by 50% for minors up to 12 years (not completed). The garbage must be disposed of during check-out, otherwise a penalty of € 100.00 will be charged.
