Private spacious bedroom (15sqm!!) with a top quality queen bed and a full length mirror wardrobe. My home was recently renovated and decorated with new furniture and modern fittings. It is always clean, tidy and well maintained. You will be provided with fresh, top quality Sheridan linen and towels. Only 5 mins drive from Strathfield Station! Very close to public transport to Strathfield station which is a very large station with trains every few minutes to the city of Sydney. Located in a quiet street with amenities only a short walk away. Convenient street parking for cars. Perfect for holiday makers or students wanting to travel into city centre, Blue Mountains or to the beach by train. Very safe neighbourhood with a primary school only a street away Homebush park for weekend picnics and social events, 600meters away. You can use all kitchen appliances and cutlery. We will be happy to also cook you a delicious breakfast if you wish – please let us know if you would like this. Large, open living areas and natural lighting all through the house and we have a mango and persimmon tree so if you are lucky to come during the season, we may have some fresh and organic fruit waiting. You have access to the private lounge room, bathroom, kitchen and dining room, as well as a private backyard/garden. You can also use the washing machine to clean your clothes. My husband and I will usually be around the home or away for a few hours. We have been living here for more than 10 years so please do not hesitate to ask us any questions as we will be more than happy to offer any assistance necessary during your stay. 5 mins drive to Strathfield Station! There is a bus stop along the main road and buses come every 5-10mins and take 5mins to get to Strathfield Station. Minimize noise after 10:00PM. No shoes in the house - slippers will be provided.
