This apartment is the perfect getaway for those travelling for work, coming into town for a game or just exploring what the area has to offer! Modern open plan living with a homely atmosphere. The townhouse contains everything you need during your stay, 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed and 2 single beds respectively. With everything needed for a comfortable stay, you are only 750m to the local Curtin shopping centre and the fabulous Red Brick Espresso cafe. Welcome to your 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom apartment in Curtin. You can access all the apartment's amenities throughout your stay. BEDROOM: First bedroom has a queen-sized and the other bedroom has 2 single beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. Cot is available but please bring your own cot linens and pillows. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. There is also a separate toilet only area that you can use. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Curtin is situated in the eastern side of its city centre next to the suburbs of Hughes, Lyons, Deakin and Yarralumla. The Woden Town Centre and Westfield Woden are just a 4 minute drive away - and very walkable at an easy 25 minute stroll. Conveniently located 750m from the local Curtin shops, which has a lovely local village feel, you will find most conveniences needed. Including; a Coles supermarket, Choku Bai Jo (local and organic produce), Red Brick Espresso (one of Canberra's favourite coffee haunts), newsagent, petrol station, medical and dental centres, fitness centre and more. Bus services are nearby and will take you to the City or Woden. Woden is one of Canberra's main bus stations, and provides easy access to the city centre via the high frequency service which departs every 10 minutes and with a trip time of only 13 minutes. As one of Canberra's 4 main bus interchanges, you will easily access Canberra's other main town centre areas of Belconnen, City and Tuggeranong. Buses depart every 10 minutes from 7am to 7pm in 15-minute interval. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
