From the original wrought-iron balcony is a great south view on the small valley, the creek and the olive trees, perfect for a dinner at sunset or just to relax. Slow rhythms and a stunning nature, hiking, MTB or horse riding and close-by beautiful beaches are the true plus I fell in love with ⚜ First of all, thanks for your interest in my property. ⚜ I'm trying to give all the necessary informations here, but, if anything missing, do not esitate to ask. If any doubt or question, I'll be more than happy to help you planning a perfect stay ⚜The building is located at the edge of a tiny medieval village, with a stunning view on the valley, a mall creek and olive grooves in front of it. ⚜The apartment is a mix of modern art and antique pieces, furnitures that I have carefully studied, produced or restored with the aim of creating harmony and coexistence of different styles and stories, from abstract paintings to ancient mirrors, from the old 18th-century furniture to resin and steel kitchen counterparts, from creative recycling to ethnic textiles. ⚜ Available for guests is a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and first aid basic, Sony stereo system with input jack for your player or mobile and lcd tv with hdmi input cable in the living room, moreover unlimited Adsl internet connection is complementary. ⚜ The kitchen is equipped with plenty of pots, cutlery, knives, bowls and more, plus professional cookers, toaster, a small oven and water kettle. ⚜ The upstairs bedroom has a full-wood bed frame and very comfortable mattresses, a large wardrobe and an old drawers. ⚜ A very comfortable new couch with a queen size fold’out bed is in the living room, though the house is designed and sized for two people. ⚜ The bathroom is modern and distinguished by an artistically restored old mirror, with a nice shower, toilet and bidet. It also contains an hairdryer for your convenience. ⚜ I will provide the basic shopping, such as sugar, salt, olive oil, coffee etc. to always find the necessary at your arrival, at least for a quick meal. I obviously and kindly ask to replace or add when needed in a spirit of simple sharing and hospitality. ❗ IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE ❗ I will be happy to provide bedclothes and towel set if needed ( a shower size one and a regular one) while you're totally welcome to bring your personal stuffs. ✅ PRICE FOR THE SERVICE: - 10€ for full king size bed set - 5€ for towel set per person To be payed at your arrival, please cash only. ✅ INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: - WI-FI unlimited, with no surcharge. - Washing machine use, ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) not ab-use) ✅ AVAILABLE WITH SURCHARGE TO BE PAYED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: - Baby cot 6€ a day. - Towel set (two per person) and bedclothes I will be always available by phone even when not personally present. ✅ SO SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED BECAUSE OF MANSION RULES ✅ WE KINDLY BUT STRICTLY ASK NOT TO SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENT ✅ PLEASE RESPECT AND CARE FOR THE APARTMENT AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD ✅ANY DAMAGE MUST BE PAYED THE COST OF CLEANING DOES NOT INCLUDE RUDENESS, sorry to point it out but, because of some unpleasant precedent, I must highlight my hospitality is always connected to your respect, it's certainly not asked to polish the windows before your departure, but unwashed dishes and pots left in the sink (or worse hidden in the cabinets), pitiful bathroom and other unpleasant situations will not be kept silent in the feeds and will be considered a damage to be retained on the deposit. It's simple, just leave as you'd like your home to be left by your guests..... TKS!
