Caz’s Cosy Place a place to unwind and relax

Fully self contained granny flat with Kitchen, Bathroom plus an additional toilet out the back- Separate Laundry out the back - Dining table, Chaise lounge, TV, overhead Fans - Air con - one Queen Size Bed - 2 seater Table & Chairs under shade sail outside. I am blessed to live in such a beautiful peaceful place on Lake Macquarie - it’s walking distance to the Lake & Sandy Beach reserve - 15 min drive to the beautiful historic Catherine Hill Bay - 10 min drive to the National Park - the local shopping centre has a beautiful restaurant called the Anchor there is also a Bakery plus cafe, Foodworks, Thai etc. The flat, the backyard, the laundry and outside toilet I like to give guests space but will be available if required My neighbourhood is a small very friendly community - I am within walking distance to the Lake , picnic area and local shops Parking is in the driveway- turn left out of the gate and the lake is a couple of min walk straight ahead - turn right then left to walk to local shops - to get to the beach head on to Kanangra Drive out of town about 15 min drive. The space is only suited to a maximum of 2 adults - baby is fine - my place is not really accessible via public transport
