White Light Studio Apartment

We offer you our recently renovated studio apartment with brand new furniture and complete new and modern look! It has everything you need, it's very cozy and it's perfect for couples, solo adventurers or business travelers. It's located on the 1st floor and it has a nice little balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and relax on sunny days. There is only 3 minutes of walk to the nearest tram station and from there you can easily get to the center or main train station (around 7 min.) Everything is new and it was completely renovated a few weeks ago solely for the purpose to make our guests comfortable and happy. The whole apartment is approximately 27 m2 big and it consists of 1 living room (which is also a bedroom), kitchen, bathroom and a little wooden balcony. It's designed to be practical but also spacious. We installed many lights and some of them you can even regulate via remote control and even change their color to make atmosphere of your desire. And ofc, it has all necessities required to make your stay in Zagreb as pleasant as possible :) Our living room/bedroom has 1 cozy single bed that can be transformed into a double bed and 1 comfortable sofa that can also be transformed into a double bed, so we can easily accommodate up to 4 people. We have a nice and new working desk and a very comfy office chair which are great if you need to do some work while staying here. Kitchen has all requirements needed. Stove, fridge, bathroom sink, dishes, electrical kettle for your coffee or tea, glasses, plates, tableware and lots of compartments for spices. Washing machine in the bathroom can be used and you can dry your clothes on drying rack and later use iron board to iron it. Both drying rack and iron board are located on the right from the bathroom storage. All in all, access to everything you need :) I will be at your disposal 24h a day and you can always ask me anything you like and I will try to answer you as quickly as possible and help you in any way I can :) Our neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful and there are almost no traffic during the night so you can easily have a good night's rest after a long trip. It's very pedestrian friendly and it's filled with small parks which are great for children! Getting to the apartment is very easy. Fantastic transport links surround the apartment and six tram lines (4,5,12,13,14,17) stop just around the corner, at the intersection of Savska & Vukovarska street, less than a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Those lines conveniently connect you with the central bus station, main railway station or the main city square in just a few minutes! The airport can be accessed by Croatia Airlines' bus departing from the central bus station (the ride takes around 30 minutes) or a quick and inexpensive UBER/taxi ride of 20 minutes will get you there as well. There are two supermarkets (Špar & Konzum) located just a short walking distance (few minutes) from the apartment! You can also find a bakery located on intersection that works 24h a day, coffee bars, restaurants, a hair salon and a bank just a stone-throw away! • We like to meet with our guests and welcome them in our apartment but our guests can also self check-in/out at their convenience.
