All rooms are beautifully presented and well maintained, with an undercover outside space for relaxing, BBQ-ing and taking a dip in the Hot Tub. (Please note that to use some of the extra facilities there are additional charges ) The entire bungalow will be all yours for the duration of your stay. As you cruise up the private illuminated driveway and get your first glance of the Torvale Lodge flag flying high, (Keep an eye out for the pirate up in the crows nest) as you then turn the corner you'll be welcomed with the fully detached 6 bedroom bungalow close to Plymouth, you’ll know you made the right decision to stay here. Accommodating up to 13 guests, the large car park means there’s plenty of space for everyone to park, take a deep breath after a long journey and get ready to relax. Because that’s what this property is designed to help you do. (Electric charging point) if you have an electric car then there is a charging point not more then 200 yards away in Brixton garage. As you entre the hall of the property and look to the right just one glance at the huge reclining sofas in the lounge and you won’t be able to resist sitting or lying down. You can all gather in here to socialise, maybe watch the 65 inch widescreen smart TV with NETFLIX or why not try out our new PS5 with a selection of games, and if that's not for you then just catch some me-time. The kitchen/diner is next to the lounge and it’s in here that you will find everything you need to cater for a large group or just look after yourself. There are 2 x large range cookers, 2 x dishwashers (so no need to waste precious time washing up) and plenty of storage space across 6 larders and 6 fridge/freezers. There’s also a 55 inch smart TV with NETFLIX in here and a dining table that seats comfortably, there's a guitar where you are free to make some music or football table to keep you entertained while dinner is being prepared or just relax on the reclining sofa. Onto the super 6 bedrooms, all of which are smartly furnished and well equipped, each with its own smart TV and built-in DVD player again with NETFLIX. Like the rest of the house, you’ll have unlimited access to super fast 100/100 fibre optic broadband which can handle the demand even if all 13 guests go online at once. One of the rooms has an en-suite, so if you’re the one who wins the draw to pick their bedroom first, go for Bedroom Three, but really all six rooms will delight all guests. Bedroom One has an adult bunk bed with a small double base and a single top along with Bedroom Two which has 2 x single beds which can also be made in a wonderful king size space then all other bedroom having double beds. When it comes to freshening up, as well as the en-suite, there’s a family bathroom along with a shower, plus two further shower rooms and a separate WC, plenty to avoid any queues in the mornings or evenings. And what of the outside? There’s plenty here too including a 6 person log fired sauna with a cooling down room with mood lighting and a Bluetooth speaker to wind down and totally relax, or why not have a game of basket ball or even swing ball? You will also have the private use of the fantastic all weather snug/deck area where everyone can gather to play board games, a round of darts or simply soak in the 6 person hot tub, there is also a very nice BBQ griddle and stainless steel food prep area which is fully extracted, along with a fridge for your drinks, this area is perfect for any weather come rain, shine or even snow with it's lovely homely log burner that will make the coldest evening cosy, also including a marsh mellow fork to get toasting while one of you is playing the banjo all adding up to making some truly fantastic memories!! Leading off your private Snug/deck area is our truly stunning Pirates Cove Crazy Golf Course, complete with clubs, balls & scorecards, the golf course is totally free of charge and you can play to your hearts content, the golf course is also shared with Torvale Cabin, Torvale Pod & Torvale Shack but as these three properties are more of a couples retreat the golf course is still available 99% of the time, then with a press of a button the golf course is fully illuminated up till 9.30pm and makes a great photo opportunity to show your family and friends. There are also patio areas at the front and back of the lodge with seating. Nestling on the outskirts of Brixton just five minutes east of Plymouth, Torvale Lodge is a fully detached property in a beautiful part of Devon. There is so much to enjoy in the lodge, but outside its grounds you will find pretty waterside villages and sandy beaches to explore and enjoy nearby. The nearest village has a great pub and fish & chip shop plus a restaurant too. And you’ll definitely want to take a trip into Plymouth while you’re here - it’s just a 10 minute drive away, so all of the following any many more attractions are within easy reach: Plymouth city centre’s shops, bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues (including the Theatre Royal), Plymouth Business District, Plymouth Seafront and Plymouth Hoe. You will also be close to Dartmoor and other areas of natural beauty. *****Please be advised that due to previous unfortunate incidences and to protect our amazing Lodge, if the guest who is booking has less than Three 5* reviews from previous stays we shall require a £500 fully refundable deposit which will be requested via air bnb one week prior to your stay.
