The private resort is our family vacation home away from the city, with rolling lush gardens and a swimming pool. It's perfect for events and company or family outings and is a great place for a quick escape near the city. We offer a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen for your use, or pre-order meals from our in-house chef. We also offer a full beverage menu of both alcoholic & non-alc drinks. Located in Casa Luisa, a private rest home, the listing is for the overnight stay at the separate GUEST HOUSE ONLY and use of outdoor ground facilities including swimming pool, verandas and gardens. Note that does not include access to the main house which is for our private family use only. This listing is for an overnight stay but Casa Luisa can also be rented for the day. A representative will be present for check in during your stay and can be reached via mobile. There is also a bantay available to assist during your entire stay. San Pedro is the first town outside of Metro Manila in the south. There is a 7-11, Puregold and wet market within 5 mins from the property. Casa Luisa is highly accessible, just 5 minutes from the San Pedro Exit via SLEX and is located at one of the highest points in San Pedro. Sweeping views of Laguna de Bay and Muntinlupa/Alabang can be seen from the estate. We require a P5,000 security deposit to be paid in cash during check. It will be returned within 3 business days from check out minus charges for losses and damages, if any.
