It is approximately 10 minutes away from the significant landmarks such as the royal palace and Khaosan road. The place is a former family house of the owner but now it is transformed into 4 duplex studio rooms. You will have 2 duplex bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, which share cozy living space which me (host) and another guests. Shared outdoor kitchen and wash machine at the backyard. This is 2 private duplex bedroom and 2 bathroom in each bedroom. Shared Living room + TV + Netflix + Pantry + Music Player + ( PS4 & Nintendo by requesting ) Space outside the house are shared with me and my family (We live in another house next door). Shared kitchen + Washing machine, Shared outdoor garden and smoking area You can access: - 2 bedrooms - Shared Living room - Common kitchen, outdoor garden, smoking area are shared with my house next door ***Remark: Staff room in common area do not enter*** We prefer to answer all questions via text and email. Even though the prominent neighborhood is kind of quite and very residential, where the local and the river form there their way of life together for more than 50 years. The place is a former family house of the owner (Mrs.View & Mr.Duck) but now it is transformed into 4 duplex studio rooms, cozy living space which guest and host can meet and socialize, outdoor kitchen and washing area at the backyard. The design concept of the house came from owner personal preference and intention to offer a warm welcome to all visitors. The best way to explore the area is to go by feet and Tuktuk. -Form the hotel Heading down along Dinsor road at the end of the road, there is Democracy monument. -350 m. Away from the hotel is one of the most famous jazz bar called Brown sugar. -750 m. Away from the hotel is the popular bakery shop called Mont Nom Sod. -600 m.
