West balcony facing the street (very well soundproofed windows). Towels and bed linen are included in the rates. Nearby: Shops and pubs are within walking distance. The underground lines U1 & U2, tram no. 17 and bus no. 52 are within walking distance. With all public transport you can reach the city centre in 5 minutes. Visit the botanical garden or the zoo and admire nature in all its facets. Whether it's relaxation, a business trip or a short holiday - here you live in the middle of the action! There is a charge for parking near the house. Pets are not allowed. WLan free of charge. Quiet after 10 pm out of consideration for neighbours. The landlord also speaks English.
