Sakina is peaceful neighborhood on the slopes of Mount Meru in the northern part of Arusha town. Strategically placed near the main Namanga-Moshi tarmac road, the area is ideal for a quick getaway to the nearby Kilimanjaro and Arusha National Parks, the Ngorongoro conservation area, Tarangire, Lake Manyara and the Serengeti game reserve. Easy access to Arusha Airport via the recently built tarmac bypass road. There is a great supermarket walking distance from Sana Africa Home. Nearby, there are many local restaurants including those that serve traditional “nyama choma” (roasted meat) . It is a 2 minute walk to the main road with easy access to the city by walking, taxi and local transport (dala dala).
