Renovated former barn, bright and close to nature. 70m2 living room including kitchen and large fireplace , 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room . Facing south onto a wooded meadow with swimming pool and west onto a walled garden of 500m2. Swimming pool for sole use of occupants (with safety cover), opened June to September, large wooded meadow and walled garden, table-tennis table, barbecue, direct access to the river Ariège, where one can picnic, swim and fish. Your hosts, Camille and Olivier, live on the large Artenac estate in a detached house near the gîte. Outside school holidays it is possible to rent at weekends or mid-week for a minimum of 3 nights. Availability of equipment for babies and young children : cot, high chair, pram, buggy, bouncer, baby seat, playpen, booster cushion, bottle-warmer, changing table, babyfood blender "babycook" Detached house within a small family hamlet in the middle of the countryside. Deer are often seen in the meadow and red squirrels in the trees. The location is ideal for cycling by all ages and fitness levels. Picnics, swimming and fishing are possible in the nearby river Ariège (500 yards from the house). Outside school holidays periods, possibility to rent for 3 nights minimum. Bed sheets provided for a minimum of one week rent. Possibility to provide baby or young child furnitures and devices such as bed, baby-chair, stroller, baby bottle heater, baby cook.
