Getaway on Glenhill

In the garden of our family home is a cozy 1 bedroom unit waiting for you! The unit has a comfortable lounge with kitchenette, separate bedroom containing shower & a separate toilet off the living area. Our property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the Wither Hill's, with parking onsite, it backs onto a reserve so is very peaceful & close to plenty of walks & bike tracks. Kept warm/cool by a heat pump. TV runs Apple TV & Netflix, not connected to free to air. Breakfast provided. This unit is ideal for 2 people with the main bedroom having a queen bed but there is a pull out sofa bed for up to 2 extra people at $15 extra per person The garden/yard is yours to enjoy while your here also. We like to give you your privacy but we’re around home generally and we’re happy to help you with any information about the area to make your stay in Marlborough enjoyable! We are located approx 5 minutes drive from the town centre, a very short drive to nearby suburb of Redwoodtown containing a few shops, takeaway restaurants, self service laundry mat & countdown supermarket. A short 5 minute drive to Wairau Hospital. There are many wineries around the area within 10-20 minutes drive from here. We back onto the Sutherland stream which leads to lovely walks around the surrounding hills which have some amazing views of the region. friendly dog onsite
