A paved beachside walkway meanders alongside the adjacent parks and extends along the entire length of Snells Beach. Kawau Island and beyond create spectacular viewing. Your bedroom opens up with fold-back doors to the tiled patio. Activities of water sports, wind surfers and paddle boarders are entertaining. Take your towel and swim. A short 4 km drive to Sandspit ferry has sailings to Kawau Island where a visit to Sir George Governor Grey's historic home at Mansion House Bay is recommended for a rewarding day with a picnic and a scenic woodland trails walk . A piano for the pianist, so bring your music and enjoy. The local Mahurangi Shopping Centre is an easy stroll. A great little hub with The Warehouse, Bakery, Cafes, Restaurants, Library, Pharmacy, Fuel Station, local Pub and tennis courts etc. Day outings, drive to numerous interesting places: Warkworth town 8 minutes situated on the Mahurangi river, venture to the Kauri Parry Park and the Limestone Cement work ruins and/or visit the popular Matakana Village, there a Cinema and a bustling Saturday Farmers Market. Also, the famous Morris and James Pottery, cafes, Golf course, Wine Trails, Horse riding and Sheepworld are just a few of the attractions in this region close by. Picturesque Regional Parks at Scandretts and Tawharanui and explore Leigh and Omaha Peninsula. Swim at the Marine Park at Goat Island, so much to see and do from your accommodation right on the waters edge at Snells Beach. The modern and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wall oven and microwave makes mealtimes effortless. Duvets, pillows and covers for all seasons supplied. The bathroom is equipped with washing machine, drier, shower, vanity basin, wash tub and toilet and heated towel rail and special electrical power outlet. Arrangements can be made if arrival and departure times need to be altered for an earlier arrival or a later departure. Vacate by midday however is preferable, for inspection of the apartment when guest leaves. Allowing time for incoming guests who may arrive on the same day.
