Blue Treehouse

This unique and hand built treehouse rests upon a raised platform abutting a cool and shady cabbage tree and is accessed via a trellis iron spiral staircase. It has been previously featured in Scoop Interior magazine. The treehouse interiors feature a number of reclaimed and salvaged finds including the Indian shutters and stain glass window. The room is stylishly furnished with a modest double bed, electric stove fireplace and rocking chair. The space is rich in charm reflecting a passion for colourful living. Entrance leads to an enclosed alfresco kitchen and lounge incorporating an open fireplace. An antique Indian temple arch leads to a peaceful tree shaded pool with shower and toilet facilities adjacent. Guests have use of the alfresco kitchen and lounge, outdoor shower and toilet. There is also a guest bathroom (shared with one other) about 25 metres (82 feet) from the treehouse. The outdoor fireplace can be used in winter. The pool is also available for guests Hosts are on hand to offer advice and assistance with pleasure at the same time respecting guests privacy. The Indian Ocean and Cottesloe beach is a 15 minute stroll and 5 minute walk to the train station which will take you to Perth and Freemantle
