Coastal Mansion on 5 acres

This is a families only venue. Surrounded by beautiful trees with abundant wildlife. The property comfortably accommodates 16 guests. Included is a 6 bedroom mansion with heating and cooling in all rooms, 5 bathrooms/8 toilets (Master bedroom has spa bath as well), bar area with 65" Smart TV, pool table plus table tennis. Smaller house with 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms/2 toilets. Close to Batemans Bay shops, beaches and attractions. The property has: - 5 ground floor bedrooms; - 5 bedrooms on the second floor; - two lounge rooms, one informal lounge room with tiled floor and seating for 16 people and a formal carpeted lounge room with seating for 16 people; - a bar room with 65" Smart TV, pool table and table tennis; - two kitchens and two laundries - one in each house; - 3 car lock-up garage; - 15 metre pergola for those restful afternoons, and - more cupboard space than you'll ever need. No domestic pets allowed on the property, with the exception of a guide dog, as there are protected environmental areas and species on the property. Guest have full access to both houses on the property. We are not available in person but easily reached. Taxi's available No noise, inside or outside the houses between 10 pm and 7 am during your stay. If rule is broken, immediate eviction will occur with no refund. No events/parties allowed. No sex workers, rides or inflatable castles or the like allowed on property. Excessive alcohol consumption is not allowed on the property. Professional cleaning above normal use will be charged to your damage deposit. This is a rural property using tanks/rainwater and septic systems consideration of these supplies would be appreciated. Property rules and guide can be found in hard copy on the kitchen bench and will be emailed to you ahead of your stay.
