Room in villa - Perfect an individual or couple to share. High ceilings, huge windows, balcony and a garden. Close to Tel Aviv University & Beach. Perfect for the first time to Israel. Welcome Home. Looking forward to hosting you. Fully furnished huge (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sq ft.) 6.5 room (4 Bed Room) private house surrounded by a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sq ft.) garden. This is something you do not find anywhere else in Tel Aviv with all it cramped tiny apartments where people are packed one on another. The house is fully furnished with modern appliances and furniture. There is PLENTY of PARKING for you as well as for friends! (Those who have ever lived in Tel Aviv, will tell you, it is worse than NYC.) Privacy, Serenity and Security. Plenty of place to relax get way from it all while still being centrally located. Down the block from the from Tel Aviv University and its fantastic sports center that includes three pools, two Jacuzzi's and a Sauna, full fitness, aerobics and free weights training - the best health club in the city (If not the country!). Prefer Beaches to the pool? 3-5 minute drive to the best non crowded beaches (by bicycle it is about 7-10 min. walking about (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min.), Cafe's, Sushi, Restaurants and the Ramat Aviv Mall, just down the block. Public transport to the city and the rest of the country are steps away even the train has a stop at the University. Television and Cable are only via blazing fast internet - but we even have Netflix on demand and are one of the only places in Israel that do. As for me? I am an MBA Graduate who works with Start-up companies to help them sell and export their products overseas. Short term and long term easy going fun loving happy people with a positive attitude are always welcome. Guests have access to everything - Kitchen, Living room, work area, internet, garden etc. Having guests over is fine to (as long as they are nice :-) ) I was an off road adventure tour guide on the side in college - so I know the country quite well - If my guests want I am always happy to give them tips where to go and what to do off of the beaten track. In addition, we are very connected to the start up scene in Israel, if you need meetings with key decision makers and influencers, I might be able to help This area is filled with little cafes and restaurants and large private homes. It is close to the University and Ramat HaChayal Technology Park Easy to get to and right next to the to main streets with buses and 2-3 blocks from the university train station Really close to the beach and everything else. Upscale neighborhood walking distance from Tel Aviv university - supper quiet friendly and PARKING - (If you haven't lived in Tel Aviv you don't understand how important that is...) Also because it is North TA - easy access to IDC and Hertzeliya The house has super high 3m ceilings - very spacious and airy feeling throughout. Lots of windows, light & great air conditioning.
