On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a range cooker and seating for up to 16 people and a more formal dining room that can seat 12. On the first floor there is a large living room providing a great place to lounge out and unwind. There is also a double bedroom (en-suite) on the first floor, the remainder of the bedrooms being located on the second and third floors. The house has a decked rear terrace – the ideal place to spend a warm summer evening. Located within 100 metres of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and Barmouth's leisure facilities, there's no chance of you getting bored! We're not very far from a number of other lovely seaside resorts, villages and the exciting outdoor activities of Snowdonia National Park.
