This 2 bed, 1 bath apartment located in Williston, ND has all you could need. Comes fully furnished with a full sized kitchen stocked with pots, pans, silverware and dishware! Bathroom is stocked with soap and towels. In the living room area you'll find two sofa's and a smart TV. Perfect for streaming all of your favorite shows. Full speed internet and off street parking make this unit one of a kind! Available for nightly, weekly and monthly rates! Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! Coin operated washer and dryer are located in the shared laundry room on site. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Guests will need to climb stairs to access the second floor unit. Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened. Basic rule for this would be to keep unit in the same condition it was in upon check in! Thank you in advance!
