This is a spacious Fully furnished single storey Semi-D house(2300sft) with 3 bedroom 2 baths, auto-gate, can park up to 3, 4 cars in the premise, free parking outside. All rooms with air conditioners, fans and wardrobes, hair dryers and working tables. ~2 bathrooms with water heater, both normal and relaxing rainfall shower head. Towels, Shampoo & conditioner, Bath soaps are provided. Living room equipped with air conditioner & fans, smart 4K TV with latest TV Box, 5 seated L-Shape sofa, working table, and free unlimited WIFI. Dinning hall with round marble turntable dinning table. ~Kitchen allows simple cooking: with kitchen utensils and cookware, microwave oven, electric kettle , dinning table, fridge. Electrical Iron is equipped. A tea set serve with tea leaves is a free treat for you. This area is surrounded by greens and hills, easy access to town. You may get all nicest local food nearby without paying unreasonable prices.
