Parking, private bathroom, easy to center!

The house is located on a quiet, residential street with easy access to the city center by public transport: bus stop is 5-6 minutes away and it takes 10 minutes to downtown center out of the rush hour; tram is 10 minutes away. The room is big and light, the bathroom is only for the guests' use, both on the separate level from us, so you will have plenty of privacy! Free parking is in the street. The bedroom is on the ground floor/ half- basement of our spacious family house, with windows facing south and west, so plenty of daylight. There is a double bed (150 x 200 cm) , wardrobe with hangers and kettle with a breakfast table. However, there is a terrace and back yard should you wish to relax there! We provide linen, toiletries, towels, tea and coffee and the bathroom for guests only. We only use the washing machine to wash the bedding, but even that try to finish before guests arrive. The entrance to the house is shared; you may store your food in the refrigerator; you are welcome to relax on the terrace or back yard. We like to meet new people, if we are at home, we like having a chat with our guests, but also respect your privacy. During the work day, our routine is rather busy, someone keeps coming and leaving, but it's more relaxed at weekends and when we are off work at summer holidays. We live in a residential and safe neighborhood. The area is called Trešnjevka- Cherry-part and it's within easy access to the city center by bus or a tram. There are several supermarkets around, the smaller one 5 minutes away, the bigger one 10-15 min. walk away, or on the way from the tram and bus. There is a pizza place, cafes, bakery, sport centers nearby. Dom sportova where concerts are held and indoor swimming pool just two bus stops away. If you want to get away from the city crowd, Jarun lake with bars, cafes and clubs is in the opposite direction, 10 minutes by car. It is a great place to live- easy to get around, yet off the crowd and noise! Bus stop is just 5 minutes away (it will take you only 10 minutes to get to the down town city center during the holidays and weekends by bus, but longer when school starts again or during the rush hour). Alternatively, there is a tram that operates all night, cca 10 min from our house and will take you to the main square Trg bana Jelacica in about 20 minutes. We are just 800 m from the motorway, so excellent for car-travelers, especially because of free parking. From the main bus terminal and Railway station there are direct tram lines (about 25 minutes ride from the bus terminal and 10-15 minutes from the Railway station). Airport- there is Croatia Airline bus shuttle that run from the bus terminal every 30 minutes. We will be glad to help you get around and will provide all the information you need. Please check the check-in time in advance: we work and we need to get organized about meeting you. Sometimes we can accept you in the morning and sometimes after 3 pm, so please check with us!
