My place is a two bedroom ground floor apartment with a private entrance. It has new carpet, is spacious and light, with lots of closet space. Apartment has one private bath and a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms have one full size bed and bunk beds with a king size pillow topper for the floor. It's located in Atchison only a few minutes by foot to downtown, the public library, the River Walk and a few minute's drive to Benedictine College. Families are welcome. Includes wireless internet. There is a TV in the living room which has Netflix installed (note that it's not connected to cable or local channels). Clean towels are provided as well as extra blankets. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, silverware and utensils, dishes, coffee mugs, dish towels, and paper products. Coffee, tea, sugar and creamer provided. Please let us know an accurate count on who will be staying in the apartment (including children). We add more towels and blankets for reservations over four tenants. We don't charge for more tenants so please let us know. This listing is for apartment #2 which is a walk out first floor apartment (only three stairs). In the kitchen you will find a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and full size fridge. Air conditioning is provided and building has radiated heat. Please let me know when you plan to arrive. Thank you. The apartment is in a residential area with broad streets. There's lots of on street parking, or you may park behind the apartment building if you prefer. Willies has great American food and is only a few blocks away. Mr. G's has the best lunch menu and is down on Main Street. Grocery store just two blocks away. Go to (Website hidden by Airbnb) to view Atchison's city calendar, local restaurants, and activities. Check with Atchison YMCA on swim times in their indoor swimming pool only three blocks away. Go next door to the Atchison Public Library to see their kids activity center and teen computer area. Please give us an accurate account of how many tenants will stay in the apartment including children. We will add more blankets, pillows and towels if there are more than four tenants.
