The semi-detached house ILIAS in slight hillside location lies above the Paramonas beach. The adjoining semi-detached house is not developed which makes the house appear more like a single house. However, the pink colour and the white pillars are typical for the houses on Corfu - a tradition reaching back to the Venetian era on this island. The holiday house ILIAS is a small, neat and well-maintained summer house with two beautifully designed terraces and a well-kept garden with flowers and citrus trees. The interior design of the house is in cheerful colours. Due to the hillside situation of the house the bedroom is 4 steps down from the living room and has a high, wood-panelled ceiling. From the bedroom you have direct access to the covered terrace and the garden. On this side of the house the enclosed garden property is adjoining to a large, dense olive grove with fruit trees owned by the landlord.
