Quiet, homely house with parking & garden.
We have a mid terraced two level house, on a quiet street. With private off street parking a dining room lounge ( x 8 diners), an entrance hall for coats & shoes, a small compactact well presented bathroom with a large shower unit. A second very comfortableTV lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with Gaggia twin full steaming coffee machine a large double oven Rangemaster gas & electric cooker & dishwasher. The garden has pleasant growth lots of seating with two tables. We have a warm, bright, regularly painted in clean neutral colours house. With thick pile carpet throughout. Good storage spaces so you are not cluttered for your stay. New boiler. lots of large double glazed windows to let in the light. Hot water is instant & hot, shower ( large double unit) very decent with good water pressure throughout, In addition to the X2 double bedrooms we have a third double bed on the ground level living room, with yet another double couch bed in the upper level living room. all are very comfortable. please check availability for number of beds for your stay as the length of stay would dictate what arrangements of the above would be in place. We also have two cats who are great company and tend to keep to themselves. Carpets & soft furnishings are shampooed regularly. Whole house, gardens & driveway. ( non exclusive) Call / text (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) or email (Email hidden by Airbnb) We are in a quiet & active street, people who live in this street have done for years & generations, with a choice of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and most other usual retail outlets nearby and within a 2 minutes walk a convince store, Chinese takeaway & hairdresser. Cycle to Glasgow, bus on st, train 5 minutes walk one stop from Glasgow city centre. Please feel free to raise any requests ahead of time and I will do my very best to accommodate your needs. I work and am not available every day and all the time to give you entry or meet other needs without notice. Unfortunately I need to put a fee in place for poor or no communication to arrival time and beds required or any other aspect that would effect my management of meeting your and my needs and commitments. No items may be left prior of after the booking, please do not leave suitcases on my driveway when you haven't arranged these to be delivered without confirmation from me. All bookings will be charged £100 or 30%, whichever is greater, of the overall booking price if a reasonable arrival window, bed requirements or any other need not addressed with a weeks notice is not communicated or met, this includes "no shows". This will be paid to me before access is gained. I am flexible and here to help and assist, but recent experienceshave dictated . that guest will not be accepted and will forfeit all fees without this communication, there will be no refund of your booking and the above fees will be charged to you. Please also note that this property is in a quiet street with recovering neighbor's so any noisy or antisocial behaviours will fall into the same category as above. you will be asked to leave without refund and the charges mentioned will be applied. It is a shame that the actions of a few people not respecting property and engagement have lead to this. Also please stop asking if you can hold parties here, or that you haven't read that we have a cat here and live in the property.
