Detached family house located in small and peaceful village Brdce, surrounded by green landscape and decorated with beautiful plants and flowers . A perfect place to relax for families with children and nature lovers who want to take a break from stress, away from any crowds. Also, is near to Opatija 23km and Rijeka 25 km where you can find excellent beaches, restaurants and plenty events. We also recommend one-day trips to island Krk, Istria, Postojna cave and NP Risnjak. The house has 75 m2 living space on the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open space dining/ living room 35m2 with 1 double sofabed(140 cm) and exit to spacious roof terrace 25m2 with sun deck. The house is equipped with all the modern appliances needed for a pleasant holiday: satelite TV, free Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, central heating and iron. Open kichen has 4 hot plates, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, water kettle, coffee machine, microwave, mixer and toaster and kitchen amenities such as coffee, sugar, salt, oil etc. In winter, the house is heated with central heating. On the ground floor on the south and elevated side of the yard there is a whirlpool, deck chairs, shower, barbecue and garden furniture. There is also a trampoline and a swing on the lawn. Free parking is at disposal to guests. A safe for storing valuables is available. Some of the garden facilities are not available from October 15 to April 30. We live in a house nearby. We are only 23 km away from Opatija and Rijeka with beaches on the seaside. You can also visit nature park Učka (35 km), Risnjak in Gorski kotar, city Kastav, Opatija's famous promenade Lungomare, Istria with picturesque cities, Postojna cave and Lipice in Slovenija, as well as Venice in Italy. During the winter months the house has central heating. Use of central heating and cooling is included in the price.
