Bright and beautiful apartment right on the swimming beach in Umdloti. A 7 minute drive to King Shaka airport and a short walk/drive to cafes, shops and restaurants. The whole apartment is for your use and has a open plan kitchen/living area, spacious bedrooms and a big balcony. The apartment is right on the beach with amazing views. It is very conveniently located as the airport is a short 7 minute drive away and shops/restaurants are around the corner. The apartment has two private bedrooms with double beds as well as two beds in a separate front area. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath and shower. The apartment is also baby friendly with a camp cot/bath/push chair and Bumbo seat. This apartment is for families/couples (max 4 adults and 2 children) . Guests have access to the entire apartment which includes a kitchen with everything you need as well as bedding and linen. The apartment is for your sole use. You have a lock up garage and there is also ample street parking for guests. Cleaning and help available on request. Extras: Downstairs shower TV in both lounges and bedroom Full bouquet satellite TV and a DVD player Juicer Coffee machine Braai Guests have access to the entire apartment which includes a kitchen with everything you need as well as bedding and linen. You also have a lock up garage and parking for a second car. The apartment is yours alone. Umdloti is the best kept secret on the north coast. It has a little village feel although it is close to the biggest shopping center. People walk, run, ride bicycles, skateboard, kitesurf surf and swim. You can watch this from any part of our apartment. It is just a lovely place to be! To Note: The spelling has recently been changed from umhlodi to emholdi so this may confuse some but it is the same Beautiful place The airport is a short 7 minute drive away. Gateway shopping centre , La Lucia Mall, Strip Mall and The Cresent are all close by. You can walk or hire a bike to go to anywhere in Umdloti. There are gyms, yoga studios and beauty spas, a doctor, physio and pharmacy. Nothing you cant get here . Many top durban resturants are in Umdloti. Spar grocery shop delivers groceries on request. Hair dresser, laundromat and pharmacy also close by. There is also a Tuk Tuk to hire if you don't want to walk. Cabs are available too . Uber is available at the airport. Lovely promenade for walks or runs. A friendly little village. Best swimming area directly in front of house - you can watch your family from the deck. Lovely sea view - one deck is always sheltered and out of wind. A weber braai is available and you can barbecue on the deck. Kite surfing and surfing is popular in front of the house. There is a shop were you can hire equipment - you can also hire bicycles. Supping is also a new activity which seems to be taking off - instructor available. We have all safety devices in place and a security company parks in front. We have NEVER needed them. We are also baby friendly - high chair, push chair, bath mat, bath ring, sling, bumbo seat and camp cot all available, so you don't have to bring all that along.
