Enjoy time as part of the residential community, just 100metres from the Pro shop and the Green House Restaurant, community pool and tennis courts. This immaculate three bedroom home backs onto the first fairway, so sit back, relax and watch when not playing. The house is fully equipped for a great stay whether you’re on a golf trip or a family holiday. Set on Pacific Dunes Golf Course, there’s two TVs, DVD player with DVDs, free wi-fi, large lounges,a few great books and more. Great views of the First Hole and native wildlife including kangaroos, ducks, water birds, owls and more. Guests also have access to the large community pool with free BBQ area, tennis courts within 200m of the Cottage and quiet streets for bike riding. If you’re keen for a walk, there’s a great children’s play park at the top of the hill with a zip-line and climbing equipment. It makes a great location as a base to explore the Port Stephens and surrounding suburbs including Nelson Bay Golf Club, Horizons Golf Club and Newcastle Golf Club. It’s only ten minutes from Newcastle Airport so you can catch a taxi straight to the Cottage or drive yourself and park in the garage. Please note - the maximum number of guests is six persons. If in breach of your agreement, additional people will be $100 per person per night. Or if the occupation exceeds six people you will be asked to vacate the premises with no refund.
