Only moments away from a beautiful beach, SandiBay is the perfect house for families looking for a coastal break or golfers looking for a base to tour the local championship courses. The property boasts a heated outdoor pool, 6 spacious but cosy bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a large open plan kitchen, dining, living room with floor to ceiling windows and doors that lead out to the front lawn. There is also a large recreation room with a pool table and cinema screen. Modern and light, this newly refurbished property looks out over the nature reserve between Sandwich and Deal. With modern, coastal inspired design, the property feels light and understated. There is a courtyard is in the heart of the house, leading into the living areas and hallways, each with double doors leading out to the garden and pool area. Looking over the pool is a secluded summer terrace with a BBQ and uniquely designed outdoor furniture, making it the perfect spot for a sundowner in the evening and delicious home made feasts during the summer. The kitchen has an abundance of modern facilities, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, NutriBullet, smart oven, gas hobs and all the utensils guest would need during their stay. Both the living room and recreation rooms have smart TV's which guests can steam all their favourite movies & TV shows during their stay. There is also a pool table which guests are welcome to use throughout their visit. There is a self check in with a security box for the keys. The code changes regularly and will be given to guests 24hours before their stay. The property manager Jane is based in Sandwich town and will be available throughout your stay for if guests have any questions about the property or surrounding areas. Sandwich Bay estate is a completely private estate, with members of the public only allowed on certain areas of the beach. This means guests can have access to secluded private beaches (a two minute walk away). There is security guarding the entrance to the estate 12 hours a day, making the area very safe. The property is surrounded by three championship golf courses, with Royal Cinque Ports, Royal St Georges & Princes Golf Club only minutes from the front door. There is plenty to see, do and explore in the surrounding area. With its iconic Cathedral and fantastic shopping, the city of Canterbury is just a 30-minute drive away. For shopaholics, Ashford Designer Outlet, home to a huge selection of designer names, is 50-minutes away. There are various English Heritage and National Trust properties nearby, making for beautiful days out, including Deal Castle, Walmer Castle and Dover Castle, all less than 20-minutes away. Wingham Wildlife Park and Howletts Wild Animal Park are also less than a 20-minute drive away for families The high speed train from London St Pancras to Sandwich station (10 minutes from the property) takes 1 hour 20 minutes. A number of taxi companies including Sandwich Cars work in the area.
