1. Stylish Private Room near Etihad & City Centre

Welcome to our beautifully presented, luxury home in a great location! (Private room in shared house). Situated just outside of the City Centre and on the doorstep of Manchester City Etihad Stadium. Just 5 stops and 12 mins on the tram to the centre of Manchester. In close proximity of the well known theatres, such as the Opera House, The Palace Theatre and Bridgewater Hall to name but a few. Whether you choose to stay with us on business or pleasure, this is a great base to explore Manchester! The house has recently undergone a full renovation, and this private double bedroom can accommodate 2 people comfortably. The bedroom has a Smart TV with Netflix and DVD player should you want to relax after a long day! There is also a workstation where guests can sit and use their laptops etc. There are blackout blinds at the window if required. Guests have full access to the shared areas in the house which include two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both bathrooms have a stand alone shower, basin and toilet and should you forget anything on your travels then you can make use of the free toiletries during your stay. The other shared spaces in the house are the lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen where we provide tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Please note: There is a washer dryer available but guests would need to supply their own washing powder and fabric conditioner. We have a Ring doorbell located on the outside of the property for security purposes and also to assist guests during the check in process if required. The bedroom is private with a lockable door. Guest will share the kitchen, Lounge/ dining room and two bathrooms with other staying guests. We are available by telephone, text and Airbnb messenger to answer any questions during your stay and live close by should you require any assistance. We are situated just two miles from the City Centre which can be reached by tram in just 12 minutes or a 10 minute taxi ride. There's so much to do in Manchester that it's impossible to list everything on here but some of our favourites that are close by are; Akbars Restaurant on Liverpool Road for authentic asian cuisine and Revolution de Cuba in Spinningfields for a great night out! If you are heading to Manchester City's Etihad Stadium then we are less than a mile away, just a 20 minute walk literally around the corner! We are situated just a 10 minute walk away from the Manchester Velodrome at the HSBC National Cycling Centre. There's a large supermarket just a short stroll away and lots of nearby takeaway food outlets if you prefer not to cook. Excellent transport links means getting around the city is so simple: The nearest Metrolink tram station is Clayton Hall and is approx. 0.3 miles / 5 min walk from the property. This will get you into the centre in 12 minutes. The nearest bus stop to the City Centre is also approx 5 minute walk away and one bus takes you directly into the Centre in approx 15 minutes. On street parking is available. However, as we are so close to the Etihad Stadium, parking permits are required on event days. If you are staying on an event day and travelling with a car I will ask you for the details of the vehicle.
