Duddon Villa is a historical house on the shores of the Duddon Estaury. It has spectacular panoramic views of surrounding hills mountains and shoreline. Extensive gardens and spacious interior with games room and large dinning room. sleeps 12 people in 5 bedrooms, 4 ensuite. The favourite room is the huge games room, includes Billard table, with, Karaoke and much more. Peace, tranquility with amazing panoramic views of the beach, fells and mountains. We will allow one well behaved dog. My unique features are the huge house and panoramic views in every direction. 5 bedrooms sleeps 12 people. 5 bathrooms. Large dining room and games room. All over 3 floors. Extensive gardens and beach access. Parking for 6 cars. 38 acres of private land surroundingthe house Space is available for a hired hot tub. Lots of garden space for all games. I live next to Duddon Villa so I'm on hand to give you any advice you need. Peace, tranquility just enjoy.... Panoramic views of the sea, hills and mountains and beaches.
