This listing is for one half of a remodeled two-unit duplex. This unit is two stories and about 1100 square feet. The first floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen and small powder room. A unique Y staircase leads up to the two newly remodeled private suites on the second floor. The spacious King suite features a Tuft & Needle King memory foam bed, both down & down alternative pillows, a large bathroom with an oversized walk-in rainfall shower, and double vanity. *Please note that there is no door between the bathroom and bedroom.* Across the hall from the King suite is the Queen suite, which is a tiny oasis. The bedroom has a Queen Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress, fluffy down & down alternative pillows, and a nook for your clothing & luggage. The adjoining bathroom has a minimalist vibe with a 36" x 36" walk-in shower with great water pressure, matte black hardware. *Please note there is no door between the bedroom and bathroom of the second suite* The living room on the first floor features modern, comfy furniture, a 55” LED Smart TV with Netflix, Sling (cable TV app), and a decorative fireplace. The dining room is open to the living room and has seating for 4. The modern kitchen has custom maple cabinetry, Quartz countertops, and Samsung black stainless steel appliances including a 5-burner convection gas range, French door fridge, dishwasher, and small microwave. A Nespresso machine with pods, as well as a pourover dripper for other types of coffee of your choice, is available to you during your stay! Guests have access to the whole townhome, including part of the unfinished basement where the laundry machines are located. Walking the brick sidewalks, you'll discover a neighborhood full of urban gardens, beautiful historic homes built over 100 years ago, and carefully dispersed small businesses. As said on the German Village visitor's website, “What we have can't be replicated. We live this way — and protect it with great passion — because we understand that what we have is a neighborhood like no other." We couldn't agree more. Schiller Park is a pleasant 8 minute walk from the property through some of the most charming streets in German Village, making it easy to go for a walk/run, have a picnic, bring the kids to the playground, and enjoy free performances of Shakespeare in the Park in the summertime. The park also has basketball courts and tennis courts. Another one of our favorite parks is Scioto Audubon Metro Park, which is located .8 miles from the house. The park has a large rock climbing wall, walking paths (both shaded & full sun), a boat launch, and connects to the Scioto Bike Path that goes to the riverfront in downtown Columbus (and beyond). This Townhome is a short walk to several coffee shops & cafes (including Starbucks), restaurants, breweries, a grocery store, wine shop, and more. 1. This is a private townhome comprising one half of a two-unit duplex. There is a shared wall with the other half of the duplex. 2. There is no backyard entertainment area. 3.
